PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The purchase of any items/services offered by Takia John Fine Art LLC (hereinafter the "Store Operator") constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and the Store Operator, and represents your acceptance of the Store Operator’s Terms & Conditions set forth herein. All buyers are required to read carefully, understand and acknowledge the terms and conditions on our website before making any purchase with us.  Purchasing an item and/or service(s) from the Store Operator constitutes your full acceptance of our Terms and Conditions herein reported and fully disclosed on our website.

PURCHASES

Items may not be purchased directly from the store for resale or for commercial use without consent from the Store Operator. All artwork purchased or viewable on this site (or elsewhere online or in print) is for personal use only. 

Do not take the Store Operator images and post them as your own. Pinning, posting on Instagram / Facebook /Twitter and other social media are acceptable for personal use only and as long as credit is given to the Store Operator (Takia John Fine Art LLC). If you wish to use something for a wedding invitation, event or similar, you must purchase the painting or print (if available) and request approval from the Store Operator before using it. Any attempt to sell reproductions, prints or paintings will result in legal action.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final at the time of purchase with rare exceptions, unless there is an error when the item was listed.  Additionally, due to various settings on computers and other devices, each person may see colors differently.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that products purchased through the Store Operator meet expectations of the recipient prior to order placement. You may request additional photos to verify an exact fit for you. 

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS

If your purchase was accepted for return by the Store Operator, the item must arrive back in the same condition that it left. The purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping cost, the original shipping fee if the item was a free shipping item and a 20% restocking fee. Returned items can be exchanged for another item up to equal value in the online store. Please contact the Store Operator before returning the item for proper shipping instructions. 

SHIPPING

Shipments are sent out every Thursday via USPS. Depending on where you live and the exact proportions of the painting it may take up to 7 (seven) business days or longer for your shipment to arrive. Orders received after 3 PM EST on Wednesdays will be processed on the next business day. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the recipient address is typed correctly. "Lost / Return to sender" orders due to incorrect shipping address will only be resent once the new shipping charge has been paid. International buyers are responsible for any import taxes/duties/customs fees or other charges imposed by the respective country.

PAYMENTS

Most items can be purchase from the Store Operators online store by Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express, however, items exceeding $1000 will be invoiced and payments must be made by check or money order before item is shipped.

COMMISSIONS

The Store Operator charges a commission fee of 100% of the cost of the canvas.
